We want to make things as easy as possible for you, for this reason our daily tasks follow these guidelines that define our way of working.

1. The first step is for you to ask for a quote, by filling out and forwarding the attached request form, by sending an email or by telephone.
2. We reply to you within a 24 hour period and send you a detailed and non-compromising quote in writing.
3. Once you have made the opportune verifications and have decided to accept the quote, you should send it to us signed and stamped by fax.
4. From here onwards we start working. We assign a name to the project and we facilitate a contact name and email for you to make any enquiries that you may have along the way.
5. The first step that we take is to analyse the documents, that way we can organise and focus the workload in the most efficient way possible.
6. Next, we set a timing based on the terms established for the completion period and delivery of the project.
7. We start working, and we concentrate on our task in order to give the maximum result.
8. Once the work has been finished, we read over the document and make any appropriate "in situ" corrections.
9. In the next step we carry out a second, more detailed reading, and meticulously review the work done.
10. At this moment we sent an email to you informing that your work has been completed, and with this we will ask you to pay 50% of the quoted amount.
11. Following this we will send the final document to your email address.
12. From this moment on, you have 30 days to carry out the second half of the payment, during which we will remain at your disposition to attend to any commentary or question in relation to the work carried out.
13. Once one month has gone by since the delivery of the work, and after we have received the complete payment for our services, the order is considered as concluded.
